Lon has been part of TIMCO's leadership team since the company’s founding in 1990, and has held several leadership positions. Under Lon’s guidance, TIMCO has made significant improvements to its airframe maintenance practices and procedures through continuous improvement initiatives at its facilities. Previous responsibilities with TIMCO provided a strong basis for this success, including roles in planning, production control, pricing, contracts, material management, manpower planning, technical recruiting, maintenance programs and operations. Lon started his aviation career with the U.S. Air Force in 1978. After leaving the USAF, Lon held several management positions in the MRO field with four other large MRO providers.
