Lon has been part of TIMCO's leadership team since its inception in 1990, holding several senior management positions. Under Lon’s leadership and guidance, TIMCO has made significant improvements to its airframe maintenance practices and procedures through continuous improvement initiatives at its facilities.  Previous responsibilities with TIMCO have provided a strong basis for this success, including roles in Planning, Production Control, Pricing, Contracts, Material Management, Manpower Planning, Technical Recruiting, Maintenance Programs and Operations.  Lon started his aviation career with the United States Air Force in 1978.  After leaving the Air Force, Lon held several management positions in the MRO field with four other large MRO providers.
